To enter Cheat Codes in The Sims 4, you must first open the Cheat Console by pressing “Ctrl + Shift + C” on your PC or Mac, while in game. This will bring up the cheat dialogue box where you can enter cheats. Don’t forget to press “Enter” after typing in a cheat.
Killing your own sim in the sims 4 is much harder than the previous version of this game. But there is always a way. There are Sims 4 cheat codes available for this process too. There are a few cheats that you can do to cause the sim to die in various ways or maybe you just want to have a ghost sim.
If we lose love and self-respect for each other, this is how we finally die.
To use the cheat codes in the game, press CTRL+SHIFT+C and enter “testingcheats true”. If on console, press all the shoulder buttons at once.

traits.equip_trait Vampire_Sun
Immediately turn your Sim into a ghost that died by the Sun. This works on both Vampire and normal Sims. (Requires The Sims 4 Vampires)
stats.set_stat commodity_Vampire_SunExposure -100
Kill your Vampire Sim by the Sun. (Requires The Sims 4 Vampires)
traits.equip_trait poison
Kill your Sim by poison. (Requires The Sims 4 Jungle Adventure)
traits.remove_trait poison
Turn your Sim back to life if they where a ghost who died by poison. (Requires The Sims 4 Jungle Adventure)
traits.equip_trait Ghost_Overheat
This will turn your Sim immediately into a Ghost who died by Overheating. You’ll be able to use the special interaction to warm up other Sim. (Requires The Sims 4 Seasons)
traits.remove_trait Ghost_Overheat
Turn your Sim back to life if they where a ghost who died by Overheating. (Requires The Sims 4 Seasons)
traits.equip_trait Ghost_Frozen
This will turn your Sim immediately into a Ghost who died by Freezing. You’ll be able to use the special interaction to cool Sim off. (Requires The Sims 4 Seasons)
traits.remove_trait Ghost_Frozen
Turn your Sim back to life if they where a ghost who died by Freezing. (Requires The Sims 4 Seasons)
traits.equip_trait Ghost_Lightning
This will turn your Sim immediately into a Ghost who died by Lightning. (Requires The Sims 4 Seasons)

Turn your Sim back to life if they where a ghost who died by Lightning. (Requires The Sims 4 Seasons)
