Having a baby in The Sims 4 is easy, but waiting for them to age up through all the life stages can take a while. There isn’t a Sims 4 pregnancy cheat to make a baby just appear in the game. The best way to do that is to adopt a child by using a Sims’ phone or computer. So if you want to cheat for a baby in the Sims 4 , there are a few steps. Make sure to save your game along the way.
To enter Cheat Codes in The Sims 4, you must first open the Cheat Console by pressing “Ctrl + Shift + C” on your PC or Mac, while in game. This will bring up the cheat dialogue box where you can enter cheats. Don’t forget to press “Enter” after typing in a cheat.
Get the pregnant Sim’s ID. You need this ID to enter the cheat code below.
pregnancy.force_offspring_count {simID} {amount}
Force the amount of babies your pregnant Sim will have. Make sure you enter this cheat while your Sim is already pregnant and don’t enter a number over 7 because the limit is 8 Sims per household.
