SimGurus confirmed that the “likes and dislikes” system will be coming. They also gave players a first look at the system along with some details.
The categories of Likes and Dislikes included are:
Color
Music Genre
Activity
Decor (exclusive to The Sims 4 Dream Home Decorator Pack)
There are in total 20 Likes and Dislikes that you can assign to your Sim. It’s been confirmed in the livestream as well that Sims will be able to earn them throughout Live Mode gameplay too.
