The Sims 4 will soon get what appears to be micro-content packs called Kit Packs – with three of them seemingly ready to drop.
The February 2021 update for The Sims 4 not only added new content made by CC creators, it also added a load of clues about what we can expect from the game in the near future. The post-patch live stream also revealed that bunk beds will be coming to The Sims 4 base game in an update expected to be released in late March 2021.
The Sims 4’s latest patch brought tons of clues regarding The Sims 4’s new Pack Type – Kits!
From what we’ve seen from the leaks so far there are 3 special Kits waiting to be released, including:
- The Sims™ 4 Bust the Dust Kit Pack
- The Sims™ 4 Country Kitchen Kit Pack
- The Sims™ 4 Throwback Fit Kit Pack

The Sims Forums Member elelunicy was able to uncover the new Kits category in The Sims 4’s Main Menu, which will look something like this:
The Kits Menu will be right next to the Packs menu and is expected to be populated with Kits that have been leaked so far and more Kits coming in the future. Considering that Kits have their own Menu category it’s safe to say that The Sims Team plans to release more than just a few!
