This mod should function without “every” pack but some of the features may not work.
This mod allows your sims to turn their hobbies into a career. The showtime menu will help you become rich and famous but you still have to put in your own personal work. You can work at your own pace and even plan out your events. You will be able to make money, earn fame, and quit whenever you are over it.

How to get started
1. Click choose a profession
2. Pick your profession
3. Start your first gig (rabbit hole)
Rabbit Hole Gigs
I know they aren’t “exciting” but they will help you get ahead and build skills. They are also good for when you don’t want to manually play out your sims gigs. You can unlock more gigs by building your skills which will depend on your hobby. You will be notified whenever you have a gig!
Playable Gigs
You can plan out your gigs by starting an event, waiting for a NPC gig, or by unlocking the options in the perform menu.
Money
Your money will depend on how high your hidden showtime skill is. You can earn up to $1200 per gig max.
The more work you do the more you will unlock.
Benefits
You unlock them by doing gigs and performing. They will help you with getting your goals completed, your needs, and will even help you build skills. These benefits can also help you with things outside of the showtime mod.
Costumes
You can wear costumes during your performances just for fun. You can unlock more as you perform or take on gigs.
What happens if I change my profession?
You will keep certain benefits you worked hard for in your previous profession but some options you might have to work for again.
How do you unlock everything?
- Master the skill for your hobby (musicians will have to complete gigs)
- Complete gigs (rabbit & playable)
How do you know when you have unlocked everything?
- You will have two playable events in the perform menu
- You will have three rabbit hole gig options
Custom Event
This event works for sims that have the showtime menu only. Since it takes no effort to be able to use this event I added a disadvantage. You will have to perform longer for the same amount of money you would get from the other events that you can unlock and with this event the locations are very limited compared to the unlockable events. However, the advantage of being able to choose your VIPs (friends/family) and plan the event on your calendar makes it worth it.
