The Sims 4 Motel 69 – grungy roadside rental, no CC

I made this rundown motel for Strangerville, which sits on the "carpophagous corner" lot. It features 5 rooms, each with a double bed, depressing decor, and vintage 1980s a/c units.

For some reason rental lots are saved as "residential" in the library, so if you want it to function as a rental you just have to change the venue type in build mode. It rents for $466 a day, which honestly seems a bit steep to me, but I guess that’s life!

How to Download Custom Content on Sims 4 ?

1.Download the package

2.Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods. Moving the custom content into the Mods folder.

3.Make sure the custom content works in your game.
